“We lived at Avasa Hammock Landing for one year in one of their three-bedroom units, and overall, our experience was very positive. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities and grounds were also in great condition, and the location was convenient for shopping, dining, and commuting.
That said, there was one ongoing issue during our time there that unfortunately was never resolved. Despite multiple residents, including myself, reporting it to the property office, some dog owners consistently failed to pick up after their pets. Dog waste was regularly left around the property, which detracted from the otherwise clean and welcoming environment.

Anthony helped my fiance and I move in and he was truly one of the main factors on us choosing this particular complex. He is so kind and helpful and made our move in so smooth. The complex is very quiet and extremely clean. Every single person in the leasing office has been friendly and helpful. The manager, Courtney, is also super sweet. She even came directly to our apartment to take care of our fobs instead of us having to go back and forth to the office.
